  3. Anchor Selection & Safe Use: Identifying secure anchorage points and setting up the system
  4. Escape & Emergency Egress: Performing safe and efficient self-evacuation
  5. Self-Rescue from Post-Fall Suspension: Mitigating suspension trauma and descending to safety
  6. Assisted Rescue of Incapacitated Workers: Evacuating coworkers who cannot self-rescue

The course participants shall be medically fit, appear well-rested, and be capable of fully participating, showing no signs of fatigue, substance abuse, or sickness.

Valid Working at Height certificate ( f.e. GWO BST WaH)
Certificate validity: 24 months
