The R-ALF is designed for use as part of a work positioning or rescue system in industrial
safety, rescue situations. Training consists of practical exercises based on actual scenarios – vertical evacuation using R-ALF equipment and SkedCo stretcher and theoretical presentations.
Rescue team personnel who will be working in the wind, offshore industry or related industries.
All personnel participating in R-alf rescue training shall be medically fit and capable of fully participating. Delegates shall possess valid GWO BST/ BSTR training records in WINDA for the Working At Heights Modules prior to attending R-alf rescue training.
