GWO Basic Technical Training will prepare you for working in the wind energy industry, both offshore and onshore. This training enables you to perform basic hydraulics, mechanical and electrical tasks in a safe manner. Training consists of practical exercises and theoretical presentations.
Personnel willing to or currently working in the wind energy industry or similar industries, including turbine manufacturing, wind farm development, wind farm construction, and turbine maintenance, both offshore and onshore.
The GWO Basic Technical Training is divided into the following three Modules:
These training modules can be delivered independently of one another or as stand-alone training.
The aims of this course shall give the participants the necessary basic knowledge and skills through theoretical and practical training to be able to perform basic hydraulics, mechanical and electrical tasks under the supervision of an experienced technician.
